Minener Shipping Policy

At Minener, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and reliably. We offer both domestic U.S. shipping and international shipping.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We work with trusted fulfillment and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. The shipping carrier will be selected automatically based on your delivery address and the most efficient shipping method available.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 3–9 business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Fee
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more.
Orders below $60 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.


International Shipping

International orders are shipped via our international courier partners to provide dependable and efficient delivery.

  • Delivery time typically ranges from 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply according to local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Fee
Free standard international shipping is available on orders of $60 or more.
Shipping fees for orders below $60 will be calculated at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided or by logging into your account.

Please note that multiple carriers may be used depending on the destination and shipping method.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages due to inventory location or fulfillment logistics.

Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.


Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing an order.


FAQ

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: 3–9 business days after shipment

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days after shipment (subject to customs clearance)

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $60 or more.

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

4. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us at nora@minener.co within 7 days of receiving your package and include photos of the item and packaging.

5. My package shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact us immediately. We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Minener is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
