Minener Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: January 12, 2026

Thank you for choosing Minener. We stand behind the quality and reliability of our products and proudly offer a 12-month limited warranty on all eligible items purchased directly from Minener or from authorized retailers.


Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

If a covered defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Minener will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or

  • Replace the product with a new or equivalent item; or

  • Refund the original purchase price of the product.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at nora@minener.co
    with the following information:

    • Order number or proof of purchase

    • Product model and serial number (if available)

    • A clear description of the issue

     

  2. Attach photos or a short video clearly demonstrating the defect.

  3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

⚠️ Please do not ship any product back without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.


Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or drops

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, use, or failure to follow instructions

  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties

  • Damage caused by use with incompatible power supplies or incorrect voltage


Limitations

  • This warranty is valid only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Product registration is not required but is recommended for faster support.
